Werschay plans to build 15-20 homes per year ranging from $250,000 to $500,000 plus. His current geographic focus lies within Pheasant Run in South Saint Cloud and Stonebrook Estates in Sartell. Werschay’s future plans call for further expansion in Saint Cloud and Sartell as well as other areas in the Central Minnesota community.
